About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to join our team at Canva. As a Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in driving our marketing strategies and plans, developing strategic partnerships and events, and partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure the success of our campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies and plans to drive business growth and revenue
  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including vendors, suppliers, and partners
  • Plan and execute events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our brand and products
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and customer success, to ensure alignment and success of marketing campaigns
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to inform marketing strategies and tactics
  • Scale and improve marketing workflows and processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness

Requirements

  • Proven experience in marketing roles, preferably with a focus on partnerships and events
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn complex data into insights that drive strategies and solutions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and communicate complex information to colleagues and stakeholders
  • Full proficiency in Spanish and English
  • Experience in tech or start-up sectors is strongly preferred
