We value diversity and innovation, and we're excited about the future. As a Commercial Reporting Analyst, you'll play a key role in supporting our business teams by creating, executing, and populating commercial data insights with standards reports and BI tools.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Analyzing requests or issues and providing solutions using existing reporting tools or enhancing new functionalities.
  • Optimizing processes by leveraging best practices.
  • Establishing processes to identify, track, escalate, resolve, and report customer problems.
  • Creating dynamic dashboards and reports at various levels of detail using PepsiCo's standards reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Teradata, Business Objects, MicroStrategy).
  • Ensuring appropriate customer escalations and ticket assignments with different teams, including sustain.
  • Overseeing onboarding of new reports and services by training end-user communities.
  • Participating in fine-tuning activities to improve performance and ensure SLAs (Service Level Agreements).
  • Participating in continuous improvement meetings.
  • Responsible for Business Intelligence functional specs documents and project assessments.
  • Executing reports according to SLAs.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Good understanding of business analytics and reporting tools (Alteryx, Teradata, Denod, Power BI Service, Azure).
  • At least 2 years of experience using different source systems of data like Teradata, EDW, Flat files, etc.
  • Power BI is a must, with at least an intermediate level.
  • English language skills at least at an intermediate level.
  • Database management knowledge.
  • Knowledge of data governance models and Customer/Material hierarchies.
  • Proficient in creating dynamic dashboards and reports at various levels of detail using PepsiCo's standards reporting tools.

The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
