Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager - Project Office to join our team at Bobst Mex SA. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects and initiatives to enhance effective end-to-end Finance processes using the Onestream platform and SAP.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Define and manage the project timeline and roadmap for the Onestream platform in line with SAP constraints and other project implementations.
  • Functional Requirements: Define the functional requirements in line with the business requirements.
  • Test Planning: Define the test plan, UAT requirements, and test scenarios.
  • Technical Coordination: Coordinate and manage the technical requirements and their delivery (EPIC) with the IT teams.
  • Project Status Reporting: Produce project status documents and templates.
  • Agile Methodology: Knowledge of the Agile methodology to act as product owner.
  • Process Improvement: Identify, manage, and deliver project and process improvement initiatives as directed.
  • End-to-End Process Design: Lead end-to-end process design, optimization, and governance of the consolidation tool and define the global to-be process ensuring it aligns with business objectives and compliance with Group policies.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate with key stakeholders, i.e. the business, the Group Consolidation team, the technical team, and the management, all aspects and steps of the initiatives/projects delivery.
  • Implementation Oversight: Oversee implementation linked to the consolidation tool, including new feature roll-outs, upgrades, and system integrations, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Training and Support: Develop training programs to ensure end-users are proficient in using the tool. Provide ongoing support and ensure that any issues that arise are addressed.
  • Change Management: Ensure all process changes are effectively communicated and adopted across the organization.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5 years of experience in Finance-related project management (strong experience with Onestream and SAP is a critical requirement).
  • Work Experience: 4-6 years of work experience in an environment preferably within a medium to large international company with a matrix business structure.
  • Financial Consolidation: Proven experience in financial consolidation, reporting, or a similar role within a corporate environment.
  • Project Management: Experience in managing medium-sized projects.
  • Presentation Skills: Experience in preparing and delivering presentations to middle management.
Competencies and Skills
  • Financial Systems: Mandatory experience with the implementation and Power User knowledge of financial consolidation platforms - OneStream - and ERP's (SAP).
  • Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Communication Skills: Good communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with internal and external customers at all levels.
  • Technical Skills: Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office.
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of financial systems and consolidation tools, with experience in implementation and process optimization.
Education and Language Requirements
  • Education: University Degree in Economics or equivalent.
  • Language: Fluency in English and French.
