Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to provide exceptional customer service and manage our logistics operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive timely and efficient service, while also maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and support to internal and external customers
- Manage and coordinate logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of logistics operations
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and logistics providers
Requirements
- 1 year of experience in customer service and logistics
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken
- Advanced knowledge of logistics and supply chain management
