Customer Service Lead

Integrated 3Pl is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Lead to join our team in the San Diego Metropolitan Area or Tijuana Baja California area. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily customer support and operational support tasks, ensuring high customer satisfaction levels, and effective phone and written etiquette.
Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve customer service tickets in a timely and efficient manner
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to elevate the customer journey pre and post-sale
- Develop and implement effective customer support strategies to improve customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless customer onboarding and support
- Provide training and guidance to customer support team members
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of CRM systems and WMS systems
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, International Business, Administration, or a related field
