We are seeking a highly skilled Category Performance Executive to join our team at British American Tobacco. As a key member of our Digital Business Solutions team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and improving performance across our categories.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Work closely with our US Performance Team to provide key performance insights and support business growth initiatives.
- Develop and maintain in-depth analysis of category performance, including sales trends, market share, and competitor activity.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to drive business results.
- Provide data-driven insights to inform business decisions and optimize performance.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and partners to ensure alignment and drive business growth.
**Requirements**
- 2+ years of experience in revenue management, category management, pricing, promotions, customer planning, sales strategy, or strategic planning.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and manipulate large datasets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field, such as Technology, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Business Administration, or Engineering.
