**Job Summary**:

Citi is seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Manager to support the planning, directing, and coordination of day-to-day activities of running a program or portfolio of programs.

**Key Responsibilities**:

  • Assist with business case development, review business requirements, and conduct gap analysis and feasibility studies.
  • Finalize project plans with stakeholders and track progress for successful project delivery.
  • Implement advanced strategies for gathering, reviewing, and analyzing data requirements.
  • Meet with end users to understand business needs, write requirements, and conduct walkthroughs on requirement documents.
  • Review functional requirements to ensure technology has understood and met end users' needs and expectations.
  • Prioritize requirements and create conceptual prototypes and mock-ups.
  • Partner with technology, product, and operations management teams to prioritize delivery of key projects.
  • Mastery of strategic business process modeling, traceability, and quality management techniques.
  • Apply best practices for effective communication and problem-solving.
  • Successfully compete for the most sought-after business analyst jobs.
  • Lead a team of business analysts and testers to achieve on-time and with-quality production delivery dates for system enhancements for multiple Cash projects.
  • Collaborate with technology on project delays, risk assessment, and risk mitigation plans.
  • Perform project status reporting to project stakeholders, product, and operations partners.
  • Prepare post-project MIS, lessons learned, and conduct continuous process improvement reviews.
  • Understand the bank environment and compliance and regulatory requirements.
  • Work with regional and global teams to implement best standards across teams.
  • Ensure creation of program plan and charter benefits management plan, stakeholder management plan, acceptance plan, and central program issue log.
  • Evaluate subordinates' performance and make recommendations for pay increases, promotions, terminations, and other personnel actions.

**Requirements**:

  • 5-8 years of experience managing or participating in projects and teams within the finance and 2 years in a professional management role.
  • Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in project execution, analysis, and optimization of processes and products.
  • Ability to analyze raw data for cleaning.
  • Intermediate Excel/Access skills.
  • Ability to present to management level.
  • Teamwork, communication, and resilience skills.
  • Desirable knowledge of Agile methodology.
  • Desirable English language skills.
