Job Summary
We are seeking highly skilled Financial Operations Specialists to join our dynamic team. This role will be responsible for assisting Team Leaders/Managers in preparing key metrics, supporting audits with records and documentation, ensuring process documentation is up-to-date, adhering to guidelines, generating invoices, monitoring progress, and identifying potential red flags.
Responsibilities
- Assist Team Leaders/Managers in preparing key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
- Support audits by providing necessary records and documentation.
- Ensure that adequate and updated process documentation and desktop procedures exist and are used.
- Maintain adherence to internal and external guidelines as well as a standardized process landscape.
- Generate invoices after receiving immediate requests during the work shift.
- Monitor progress and review results, alerting Management if any red flags are observed.
- Be available to work extended shifts or weekends during month-end closing.
Requirements
- Portuguese and/or English language proficiency desired.
- High sense of urgency and ability to work under pressure.
- At least 1 year of Finance Operations experience, preferably in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Audit, Accounting, Vendor Master, or related fields.
- Automotive industry Finance & Accounting knowledge is highly desirable.
- Logical thinking and proactiveness are essential skills.
- Strong Excel skills are highly desired.
