About the Role

Nike, Inc. is a global leader in the athletic industry, and we're seeking a highly skilled Senior Partner Representative to join our team in Latin America. As a key member of our Partners team, you will play a critical role in driving consumer focus, strategy development, and marketing plans to support our brand's growth in the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Optimize Nike product sales by delivering accurate and realistic seasonal assortments, forecasts, and scenario plans.
  • Solicit and submit orders, ensuring timely coordination of order tracking, retail release, and launch information.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customer personnel at all levels of the customer's business.
  • Prepare, plan, and deliver clear and persuasive product and brand presentations to drive sell-in and sell-through.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of overall business experience in field sales, retail buying, merchandising, sales business planning, or sales business analysis.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience in retail or sales is strongly preferred, or Nike experience in a field support position.
  • Proven leadership ability and strong working knowledge of the athletic industry and trends in the marketplace.
  • Ability to use financial data to make decisions and maximize account profitability.
  • Ability to develop seasonal assortments, forecasts, and scenario plans.
