The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
Responsibilities
- Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools
- Handle customer matters, provide appropriate solutions, and alternatives
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
Requirements
- English (Written and Spoken)
- High school diploma
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
- Track record of over-achieving quota (Nice-to-have)
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices (Nice-to-have)
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
