Foryou Medical seeks a highly skilled Factory Operations Director to oversee the smooth operation of our production facilities in Guadalajara. This pivotal role combines construction project management with plant operations, ensuring safety standards are met, production efficiency is optimized, and high-quality output is maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Construction Project Management: Oversee all construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Manage adherence to construction plans, specifications, and safety regulations. Resolve construction-related issues and ensure quality control standards are met.
  • Plant Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the production plant, including manufacturing processes, equipment maintenance, and inventory management. Implement and maintain efficient production schedules to meet demand while minimizing waste.
  • Safety Compliance: Develop and enforce safety protocols for both the construction site and the plant. Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure compliance with OSHA and other regulatory standards.
  • Quality Assurance: Monitor and ensure the quality of both construction work and manufactured products. Implement quality control measures and address any issues promptly.
  • Resource Optimization: Manage and allocate resources, including labor, equipment, and materials, for both construction and production. Monitor and control costs to ensure project profitability and operational efficiency.
  • Subcontractor and Vendor Management: Select, hire, and manage subcontractors and vendors for construction projects. Coordinate with suppliers and service providers for plant operations.

This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of construction project management and plant operations.
