About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Services Manager to join our team at S&P Global, Inc. in a Client Portfolio Manager role. As a Client Services Manager, you will be responsible for managing an assigned client portfolio across Latam, providing exceptional client support, onboarding, and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Support: Provide timely and effective support to clients, addressing their queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Onboarding: Develop and implement onboarding processes to ensure seamless integration of clients into our services.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Commercial and Client Development teams to identify client needs and develop strategies to meet those needs.
  • Travel: Travel to meet with clients, understand their perspectives, and share feedback with internal stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Spanish.
  • 3+ years of related work experience in the finance, banking, or trading industry.
  • Previous client support and/or sales experience.
  • Self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to lead individual and group trainings effectively.
  • Knowledge of energy, commodities, and financial markets.
  • Ability to travel, with approximately 40% travel time.
  • Experience with CRM software, Excel, Quip, Zoom, and Teams.
