Key Responsibilities- Client Support: Provide timely and effective support to clients, addressing their queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Onboarding: Develop and implement onboarding processes to ensure seamless integration of clients into our services.
- Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Commercial and Client Development teams to identify client needs and develop strategies to meet those needs.
- Travel: Travel to meet with clients, understand their perspectives, and share feedback with internal stakeholders.
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Spanish.
- 3+ years of related work experience in the finance, banking, or trading industry.
- Previous client support and/or sales experience.
- Self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to lead individual and group trainings effectively.
- Knowledge of energy, commodities, and financial markets.
- Ability to travel, with approximately 40% travel time.
- Experience with CRM software, Excel, Quip, Zoom, and Teams.
