AXA XL is seeking a skilled Claims Hub Specialist to join our team in Mexico. As a Claims Hub Specialist, you will be responsible for evaluating and handling complex insurance and reinsurance claims within our Global Program Latam HUB division.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and resolve claims within authority level and specialization, with a focus on Property, Marine, and Liability.
- Collaborate with Network Partners, Practice Leaders, and Master policy handlers to achieve optimum file outcomes for clients and AXA XL.
- Identify and select appropriate counsel, and lead internal and external meetings with stakeholders.
- Participate in quality review processes and manage reinsurance cash calls and reserves setting.
- Seek opportunities for process improvement and assist underwriters with policy review and drafting initiatives.
- Extensive experience handling claims, with a strong understanding of the insurance and reinsurance industry.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to exercise independent judgment and make critical business decisions.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and other business-related software.
