As a Claims Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting our policyholders in Latin America, Spain, and Portugal. Key Responsibilities:
- Process claims activities, including maintaining assignation databases and uploading documents to the system.
- Communicate with customers and third parties to assess and take decisions on claims evidence.
- Report complaints and compliments received via email or phone.
Requirements:
- Experience in insurance operations, claims, or a related field (not essential, as you will receive a thorough induction and ongoing training).
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish (Portuguese is a plus).
- Analytical mindset, well-organized, and great at determining priorities and making decisions.
