About the Role

We're looking for an Admin Support Analyst (ASA) with an interest in International Trade and general Administration tasks. The ASA serves as the primary administration contact for the clients and acts as a support role for the Account Management area. Key responsibilities include:

  • Client commercial notes support and maintenance
  • Invoicing generation, coordination, and follow-up
  • Overdue accounts control
  • Payment tracking (receivables support)
  • Reporting (internal and external)
  • Transfer information to the finance team for invoicing
  • Review and update operational and financial files
  • Booking services in our platform

Requirements

We're looking for someone with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, and the ability to communicate in written English.

Compensation

Gross Monthly Salary $10,500 MXN, with a performance bonus reaching KPIs.
