We are seeking a talented Design Engineer to join our team of visionaries and scientists. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for designing and analyzing digital and analog circuits used in the development of memory products.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CMOS Circuit Design and Device Physics. They will possess excellent skills in creating floorplans that optimize circuit placement, signal routing, and power delivery. Proficiency in Spice and Verilog simulation tools is also required.

This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the development of new DRAM product, DRAM logic IPs, design flows, and methodologies. You will oversee and manage the layout process, including floor planning, placement, and routing. Additionally, you will perform verification processes with modeling and simulation using industry-standard simulators.

To excel in this position, you should have a BS with 2+ years' experience or MS. Proven knowledge/experience of state machine logic/design verification techniques is essential. Good understanding of ASIC design flow, including RTL design, verification, logic synthesis, and timing analysis, is a plus.
