We offer an estimated salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as comprehensive benefits packages, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.

Job Description

As a Senior Analog and Mixed Signal IC Design Engineer at Micron Mexico Design Center, you will join a dynamic team of designers targeting critical and standard circuits common to all DRAM-related memory products. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Designing, developing, and optimizing block-level circuits for all DRAM-related projects using analog and digital CMOS design skills
  • Collaborating with Product Engineering to verify silicon performance vs simulation performance of designed circuits
  • Working closely with Micron's various design teams globally, leveraging resources available throughout Micron's sites
  • Providing layout supervision and optimizing layout throughout post-layout simulations
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Analog IC design experience in areas such as regulator, charge pump, oscillator, current reference, bandgap, comparator design
  • Past circuit debug experience through Product Engineering or equivalent
  • Experience inside the memory industry, either flash or DRAM, is beneficial
  • Proficiency in UNIX and CADENCE design environment (Simulation, Schematic entry, SPF extraction)
  • Strong communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to other design peers verbally and written
  • The ability to work independently and in teams
Candidates Requirements

We are seeking candidates with a strong background in mixed-signal circuit design, preferably with experience working with DRAM-related memory products. A Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field, plus 5 years' experience, or a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field, plus 10 years' experience, is required. Additionally, proficiency in Perl scripting is a plus.
