About You
A successful Logistics Director should have:
- Advanced Knowledge: Advanced knowledge of logistics and supply chain operations in the Industrial / Manufacturing industry, with a strong understanding of industry trends and best practices.
- Strategic Planning: Knowledge in strategic planning and implementation, with the ability to develop and execute plans that drive business growth and improvement.
- Leadership and Team Management: Strong leadership and team management abilities, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve exceptional results.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure, with a strong focus on data-driven decision making.
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field, with a strong academic record and relevant work experience.
