Job Summary:We are seeking an Executive Chef to join our team at The St. Regis Kanai Resort in Riviera Maya. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for leading our culinary team and ensuring the highest quality of food preparation and presentation.
- Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food.
- Wash and peel fresh fruits and vegetables.
- Weigh, measure, and mix ingredients.
- Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, presentation standards, and food preparation checklist.
- Monitor food quality while preparing food.
- Set-up and break down work station.
- Serve food in proper portions onto proper receptacles.
- Check and ensure the correctness of the temperature of appliances and food.

- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
