Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager to lead our global logistics operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of customer service agents, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction, and driving business growth.

About the Role
  • Manage a team of customer service agents, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional customer experience.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and address operational inefficiencies, improving overall process efficiency.
  • Analyze customer feedback, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and metrics to measure performance, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer service supervisory or management role.
  • Proven track record of achieving customer satisfaction targets, with a strong focus on quality and continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop actionable recommendations.
  • Familiarity with industry regulations, including GMP compliance.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
