Job Summary
At Metrio, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Relationship Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our senior-level decision makers and influencers at key customer accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans to increase revenue spend per account and drive business growth.
- Conduct regular status and strategy meetings with customer senior management to understand their needs and link them to our product/service strategies.
- Proactively identify and mitigate retention risks/losses, ensuring long-term customer satisfaction.
- Provide expert knowledge of our products and services, raising their profile with customers through face-to-face presentations and phone conversations.
- Enhance depth and breadth of knowledge and strengthen client relationships through attending industry conferences and seminars.
- Take ownership of problem resolution, ensuring customer issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
- MBA, MSc, or similar qualification.
