Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Customer Service Representative in our Logistics department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and manage customer orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and issues.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving problems in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to ensure seamless order processing and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, identifying opportunities to improve service and drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in logistics or customer service roles.
  • Bachelor's or postgraduate degree in administrative or foreign trade areas.
  • Business English proficiency in written and oral form.
  • Experience in import and export operations, with knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office.
