Job Title: Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at Wing Assistant. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage inbound and outbound calls to provide customer support and resolve issues
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing accurate and timely information
  • Keep records of customer interactions and update customer accounts
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
Requirements:
  • At least 1-year proven experience as a Customer Service Representative in a B2C or B2B capacity
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal (at least B2 level)
  • Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills
  • Solid organizational and time management skills
  • Tech savvy & familiar with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services, and CRM
