Job Summary:

As a Revenue Management Associate at Mondelēz International, you will play a key role in executing the revenue management workstream to optimize return on investment on trade spend activities. This position requires a strong commercial and financial acumen, with the ability to reduce complexity using an analytical approach. Key responsibilities include working with customer teams to track progress towards revenue KPIs, completing promotional post evaluations in partnership with Finance and Marketing, and supporting the Customer Planning Manager with regular reporting.

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve revenue realization and optimize trade spend activities.
  • Collaborate with customer teams to track progress towards revenue KPIs and identify areas for improvement.
  • Work with Finance and Marketing to complete promotional post evaluations and analyze results.
  • Support the Customer Planning Manager with regular reporting, including volume tracking, trade spend, and seasonal in-flight tracking.
  • Monitor revenue realization of any cost price increases and work with customer teams to ensure accurate trade spend accruals.

Requirements:

  • Previous management roles and/or experiences in the Revenue Growth Management area.
  • Previous experiences within the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry.
  • Solid experience as a People Manager.
  • English: Advanced level.
