We are looking for a High Speed Cable Assembly Supervisor to join our team at TE Connectivity Corporation. As a supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of engineers tasked with developing assembly processes for high-speed cable assemblies and coordinating with the manufacturing engineering team on the transition to mass production.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise a team of engineers to develop and implement cable assembly processes and production lines in accordance with LEANPD product development principles.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and successful project execution.
- Prioritize and time manage a portfolio of projects/work efforts based on criticality and business need.
- Provide guidance and support to direct reports to ensure they have the necessary resources and information to perform their duties effectively.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor or above degree with mechanical/electric related majors.
- At least 5 years related experience managerial level in multinational manufacturing site.
- Familiar with Lean, Six Sigma, and other industrial methods/tools.
- With 2 years or above work experience in high-speed cable assembly production is required.
- Fluent in English and good presentation skills.
