Global Clinical Service Desk Agent

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Global Clinical Service Desk Agent to join our team. This role will be responsible for handling inbound customer calls in a call center environment, providing exceptional service and support to our healthcare customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming service desk calls regarding clinical aspects of various applications such as Epic, Cerner, McKesson, and Meditech.
- Track and document comments, and close or escalate incident tickets in a timely manner.
- Drive resolution of incidents on a 24/7 desk.
- Read text on computer screens for the duration of the shift.
- Remain at designated workspace and in the phone queue for an 8 to 10-hour period with scheduled breaks.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of service desk/helpdesk experience or equivalent combination of education and technical troubleshooting experience.
- Minimum 1 year of technical troubleshooting experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience in a call center environment.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient typing and English language skills (both verbally and in writing).
What We Offer:
We offer a competitive salary of $$44,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off. This position is only available to those interested in direct staff employment opportunities with NTT DATA, Inc., or its subsidiaries.
