Customer Support Role Overview

At Sequoia Connect, we are seeking a skilled Service Desk Specialist to join our team in Monterrey or Saltillo. As a Technical Support Professional, you will provide exceptional customer service and resolve technical issues efficiently. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting users via phone, email, or chat, and troubleshooting issues as needed to maintain service standards.
