About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team at American Express. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end hiring process, ensuring superior candidate and Hiring Leader experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Hiring Execution
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive hiring strategy to acquire top talent with speed and quality.
    • Manage the recruiting process, including screening, assessment, interview, and offer process activities.
  • Talent Champion
    • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.
    • Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders and hiring managers.
    • Sell the role and the American Express brand to attract top talent.
  • Operational Excellence
    • Master the use of available technologies to improve efficiency and quality in the hiring process.
    • Recommend and drive improvements to the local sourcing strategy and pipeline.
  • Collaboration and Communication
    • Work closely with Hiring Leaders to achieve hiring volume and headcount goals.
    • Provide feedback on candidates and influence hiring decisions.
    • Communicate proactively and in a timely manner with candidates, providing details on the selection process and Hiring Leader feedback.
Requirements
  • Experience
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or recruitment.
  • Skills
    • Strong English speaking and writing skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
