- Operational Excellence
- Master the use of available technologies to improve efficiency and quality in the hiring process.
- Recommend and drive improvements to the local sourcing strategy and pipeline.
- Collaboration and Communication
- Work closely with Hiring Leaders to achieve hiring volume and headcount goals.
- Provide feedback on candidates and influence hiring decisions.
- Communicate proactively and in a timely manner with candidates, providing details on the selection process and Hiring Leader feedback.
- Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or recruitment.
- Skills
- Strong English speaking and writing skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
