Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition Partner to implement and execute a diverse, equitable, and inclusive regional talent acquisition strategy for North America and Latin America. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, attracting, recruiting, and retaining high-quality talent to support our growth strategy and key objectives.

  • Establish long-term diverse talent pipelines through comprehensive market research and proactive talent mapping to achieve personal hiring targets, aligned with regional and global growth targets.
  • Develop a Talent Acquisition infrastructure aligned with our Global Talent Acquisition function to ensure the region consistently identifies and secures talent, maximising conversion levels and optimising candidate experience.
  • Contribute to the Employer Branding Strategy , working in partnership with Employee Experience and Marketing teams to support the attraction of talent as well as supporting EVP engagement and activation across the region.
  • Build strong business partner relationships with relevant stakeholders, developing a value-add approach working in collaboration to deliver on the growth strategy.
  • Optimise processes and implement effective and inclusive practices across sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
  • Collaborate with cross-border colleagues , leveraging cross-functional teams, contribution to the Group Talent Acquisition strategy developing best practice and assisting in the evolution of the function.

The Successful Candidate

  • A solid foundation in the field of talent acquisition.
  • A minimum of 8 years of progressive talent acquisition experience and executive hiring.
  • Global experience in multiple markets.
  • In-depth knowledge of recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and talent assessment methodologies within an executive search organisation.
  • Relationship building and influencing at Leadership level: Builds authentic relationships and garners influence as a key thought partner both externally and internally.
  • Global Partnership: An influential leader who can rally cross-functional teams to strengthen the TA function in the region and provide expert advice and counsel.
  • Ability to work across time zones.
