Job Summary
Motorola Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Recruiter to join our team. As a key member of our Talent Acquisition function, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive sourcing strategies to attract top talent and drive business results.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract passive and active candidates, leveraging all available tools to track and measure effectiveness.
- Partner with Hiring Managers to devise and implement hiring strategies aligned with recruiting goals and diverse talent pipeline development.
- Act as a consultant and subject matter expert to business leadership, Hiring Managers, and key stakeholders on talent acquisition matters.
- Identify and address complex recruiting challenges by implementing strategic 'root cause' solutions that mitigate both immediate and potential future issues.
- Serve as a Diversity & Inclusion subject matter expert, collaborating with Hiring Managers, Internship Coordinators, Campus Recruiters, and Talent Acquisition colleagues to promote inclusive hiring practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree is required.
- Must be bilingual in both English and Spanish.
- 4+ years recruiting experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
- Demonstrated experience in core recruiting skills (job requirements gathering, planning, sourcing, selecting, phone screening, boolean search).
- Excellent communication (oral and written) skills and a high sense of urgency, strong work ethic, and results-oriented.
- Well-organized team player who is able to influence, lead, and drive processes, projects, and issue resolution.
