The Compliance Administrator will support various elements of the global compliance program as managed by the Global Ethics & Compliance Team at International Flavors & Fragrances.

Key Responsibilities Include (but Are Not Limited To):

Compliance Program Support

  • Support coordination and administration of the company's Speak Up hotline system
  • Support coordination and administration of compliance training programs and their elements (content development, translations, testing/review, communications, launch, reporting)

Administrative Support

  • Assist in the preparation of compliance presentations, agendas, and training materials, and coordinate related logistics
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of the global compliance calendar and related initiatives

Data Analysis and Reporting

  • Utilize data analytics to prepare reports on various compliance metrics and trends

Process Improvement

  • Proactively update and maintain compliance resources and processes

Executive Support

  • Provide administrative support for the Chief Compliance Officer (and other members of the compliance team as necessary), related to scheduling meetings, expenses, billing inquiries

Requirements

  • Administrative Bachelor Degree or any other related field
  • Experience in supporting compliance or training programs, preferably in a company with a global footprint
  • Ability to manage fast-paced workload and shifting priorities while meeting deadlines
  • Exceptional attention to detail, ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) for training coordination
  • Experience in utilizing reports and data analytics (knowledge of PowerBi a plus)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PPT
  • English Language

Work Arrangements

  • Working days: Monday - Friday
  • Modality: Remote, with occasional on-site work at the corporate offices of International Flavors & Fragrances
