The Workday Success Plans Team at Workday, Inc. focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences and helping organizations achieve their business goals through strategic implementation of our cloud-based Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in driving success for our customers by providing expert guidance, support, and knowledge sharing.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver tailored consulting services to Workday Success Plans customers, including configuration guidance, feature demonstrations, and troubleshooting product configuration to meet their specific needs.
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers, providing clear and effective communication on Workday features and benefits, and identifying opportunities for optimization and growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver engaging customer presentations, training programs, and workshops that enhance customer adoption and utilization of Workday solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new Workday features, applying this knowledge to drive business value for our customers.
- Pursue and maintain Workday Certification(s) and expertise in HCM and related areas, ensuring deep understanding of Workday concepts and capabilities.
We are seeking an experienced and skilled technical professional with a strong background in HR and/or Finance systems implementation, software consulting, and problem-solving. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Minimum qualifications include:
- 3+ years of IT implementation experience
- 3+ years of experience with HR and/or Finance systems, including Workday, PeopleSoft, SAP, Oracle, and/or JD Edwards
- 2+ years of software consulting experience
Additional desired qualifications include:
- Workday Certification in HCM and one or more related areas, such as Talent, Recruiting, Absence, Payroll
- Ability to distill complex concepts into understandable presentations for customers
- Strong critical thinking skills to understand complex technical process issues and facilitate decision-making
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
We offer a competitive salary range of $110,000 - $140,000 per year, based on location and experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth and development.
