About the Role

The Workday Success Plans Team at Workday, Inc. focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences and helping organizations achieve their business goals through strategic implementation of our cloud-based Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in driving success for our customers by providing expert guidance, support, and knowledge sharing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver tailored consulting services to Workday Success Plans customers, including configuration guidance, feature demonstrations, and troubleshooting product configuration to meet their specific needs.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers, providing clear and effective communication on Workday features and benefits, and identifying opportunities for optimization and growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver engaging customer presentations, training programs, and workshops that enhance customer adoption and utilization of Workday solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new Workday features, applying this knowledge to drive business value for our customers.
  • Pursue and maintain Workday Certification(s) and expertise in HCM and related areas, ensuring deep understanding of Workday concepts and capabilities.
About You

We are seeking an experienced and skilled technical professional with a strong background in HR and/or Finance systems implementation, software consulting, and problem-solving. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Minimum qualifications include:

  • 3+ years of IT implementation experience
  • 3+ years of experience with HR and/or Finance systems, including Workday, PeopleSoft, SAP, Oracle, and/or JD Edwards
  • 2+ years of software consulting experience

Additional desired qualifications include:

  • Workday Certification in HCM and one or more related areas, such as Talent, Recruiting, Absence, Payroll
  • Ability to distill complex concepts into understandable presentations for customers
  • Strong critical thinking skills to understand complex technical process issues and facilitate decision-making
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

We offer a competitive salary range of $110,000 - $140,000 per year, based on location and experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth and development.
