At Oracle, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Support Specialist to join our IT-Support organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to employees 24x7x365.

This role involves resolving technical questions regarding system hardware, operating systems, applications, and networks. You will serve as the primary point of contact for IT-support to Oracle employees, providing advice and assistance to solve technical issues remotely.

We require a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience working as an IT Service Desk analyst level 2+. Key qualifications include the ability to diagnose and resolve general technical issues, good analytical skills, and proven experience in tech support on at least four areas such as Windows OS, related hardware, and typical applications.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills in English/Spanish (oral & written), strong customer service skills, and the ability to multitask. Additionally, they should be familiar with ticketing systems and have experience working in an environment providing 24x7x365 support.

In this role, you will perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques, provide accurate information on IT products or services, collaborate with others to resolve complex issues, and adhere to SLAs and procedures.

You will also be responsible for recording events and problems and their resolution in logs, passing on feedback or suggestions by customers to the appropriate internal team, identifying and suggesting possible improvements on procedures, monitoring the ticketing queues, and researching solutions using available information resources.

This position is based in Guadalajara, Mexico, and requires the ability to work from our office location. We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
