About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Professional Customer Service Representative to join our team at Nasdaq, Inc. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Responsibilities:
  • Under direct supervision, you will perform customer support inquiries, service requests, system failures, and capacity issues; escalating issues to the development team or platform support team as necessary.
  • You will follow established procedures for start-up and shutdown of Controller View software, recovery procedures, scheduling, and backups to ensure seamless operations.
  • As a critical member of our team, you will monitor issues with clients, exchanges, and internal teams under direct supervision, taking proactive steps to resolve them efficiently.
  • You will communicate effectively with customers regarding new releases or product updates or changes, ensuring they stay informed and up-to-date.
  • To continuously improve your knowledge of AxiomSL products, you will participate in required certifications and training programs.
Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's degree is required, and comparable experience will also be considered.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience is preferred.

The estimated salary for this role is between $60,000 and $80,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
