Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Marriott International, Inc. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food and beverage services, providing exceptional guest experiences, and leading a team of hospitality professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to ensure excellent service and high-quality food preparation.
  • Inspect and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dining area, kitchen, and storage areas.
  • Conduct inventory and stock management to ensure adequate supplies and minimize waste.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns or issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction, employee engagement, and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety protocols.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a supervisory role in the food and beverage industry.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
