About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Specialist to join our team at TE Connectivity. As a Technical Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for driving brand awareness and positioning our solutions and capabilities with our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong business relationships with customers to drive sales and ensure an exceptional customer experience.
- Develop sales opportunities and assist in developing the pipeline for future sales activity through daily interactions with customers.
- Work with the Key Account Manager and AFG leader to execute strategy and account plans.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in a technical field (Mechatronics / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering preferred).
- 5+ years' experience in a technical consultive sales role.
- Experience working with OEM and Distribution Channel partners.
- 25-50% travel required.
Desirable Skills
- Solution-based technical sales experience in Factory Automation and/or Warehouse Automation Industry.
- Strong communicator with exceptional listening skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal and influencing skills with the ability to build strong, credible relationships.
