We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Analyst to join our team at Celestica. Key Responsibilities- Manage facilities requests based on geography, scope, and/or discipline
- Provide leadership and management of construction and renovation projects
- Ensure good communications and act as liaison between internal customers and service providers
- Prepare proposals for facilities-related work and identify opportunities for continuous improvement in space and services optimization
- Responsible for the overall maintenance of plant equipment on a daily basis
- Investigate the adequacy of ventilation, exhaust equipment, lighting, and other conditions that may affect employee health, comfort, or efficiency
- Track and interpret regulations to ensure compliance
- In-depth knowledge of facilities management and operations
- Understanding of environmental, health, and safety regulations, programs (local and government), including ISO 14001 requirements
- Good organization and project management skills
- Ability to evaluate, diagnose, and troubleshoot problems
- Ability to gather and analyze data and determine root cause of problems
- Ability to effectively communicate with a variety of internal and external customers
Duties of the position are performed in a manufacturing environment.
