About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to join our team at Warner Bros. Discovery. As a key member of our Finance organization, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and informing strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the consolidation of financial data for key business segments, ensuring accuracy and integrity of financial reporting.
  • Develop and maintain financial models and processes to drive business insights and inform strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide high-quality analysis and insights to senior leadership, including financial forecasts, variance analysis, and trend identification.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization, including business unit finance teams and internal COE teams.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in a large corporate or investment banking position with a focus on financial planning and analysis.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to distill complex financial information into clear and actionable insights.
  • Progressive experience and deep understanding of the business from a finance perspective, with a focus on financial control, management reporting, and business analysis.
  • Intellectual capacity to digest complex information, identify trends, and develop actionable recommendations.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, with a focus on collaboration and teamwork.
