**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to join our team at Lexzau, Scharbau GmbH & Co. KG. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a critical role in analyzing financial data, preparing key information, and advising on potential risks and improvements.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Collaborate and coordinate the process of creating the annual budget and forecast, ensuring accurate and timely completion.
  • Collaborate and coordinate the month-end closing process, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded and reported.
  • Responsible for the monthly budget vs. Actual deviation analysis, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Produce deviation analysis and ad-hoc evaluations, providing insights to management and stakeholders.
  • Identify potential cost optimization opportunities on an administrative level, implementing cost-saving initiatives.
  • Coordinate projects that can be financial, strategic, or accounting in nature, ensuring successful project delivery.
  • Develop a customer analysis and statistics, providing valuable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Analyze business processes and procedures, identifying areas for improvement and implementing process enhancements.

    **Requirements**

    • GAAP and accounting skills, with a strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance.
    • Economical models, with the ability to develop and implement financial models.
    • Master's degree in Business Administration, Business Intelligence, Finance, or a related field.
    • Business intelligence tool expertise, including Power BI and Process Mapping.
    • SAP FI experience, with a strong understanding of financial systems and processes.
    • Excel intermediate skills, with proficiency in formulas and Power Excel.
