Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a skilled CRM Manager to lead our customer relationship management efforts at Match Consulting. This role involves close collaboration with internal teams, including sales, support, and marketing, to develop and execute customer engagement strategies.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns, including campaign briefing, copywriting, and campaign optimization.
  • Utilize CRM tools to create targeted audience segments and develop relevant campaigns.
  • Create and execute customer acquisition and retention strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Plan, manage, and negotiate digital campaigns with external partners.
  • Design and execute customer engagement strategies, customizing messaging based on lifecycle stage and engagement level.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry-leading marketing technology and best practices.
  • Apply a Test & Learn approach to campaign development, conducting regular A/B and multi-variant testing.
  • Analyze data from retention marketing campaigns and provide performance insights to inform improvements.
  • Develop business operations and awareness campaigns, overseeing performance analysis and updates.
  • Collaborate with designers and copywriters to create high-quality creative assets.
Requirements:

We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in CRM, direct marketing campaign development, and execution, with a strong analytical background.
  • Experience in loyalty program management is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with various email marketing platforms, including Exact Target, Salesforce Marketing Cloud 2.0, and triggered email programs like Journey Builder, Pardot, or Hubspot.
  • Ability to develop integrated marketing strategies and integrate CRM with broader traditional and digital marketing efforts.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and understand relational data.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML and LP creation is required.
