Sales and Marketing Business Analyst

The Sales and Marketing Business Analyst plays a crucial role in supporting the sales and marketing teams by providing accurate and timely sales forecast reports that are often used to provide actionable insights to drive business decisions. This position requires a diligent individual with strong analytical and collaboration skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decisions.
Key Responsibilities- Sales Forecasting: Develop and maintain monthly and annual sales forecasts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Business Metrics: Monitor and report on key performance indicators to evaluate the effectiveness of sales and marketing initiatives.
- Future Market Analysis: Support the development of future market analysis for the business based on trends, patterns, and opportunities for growth.
- Reporting: Create and present detailed reports and dashboards to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and finance teams to gather data and ensure alignment on business objectives.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of sales and marketing activities.
- Ad Hoc Analysis: Perform ad hoc analysis and reporting as needed to support business needs.
- Bilingual: Bilingual in Spanish/English is preferred, both written and verbal skills.
- Education: Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or similar degree required.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in Engineering, Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or similar field/industry is required; 8+ years of experience in the power and energy industry is preferred.
- Skills: Strong project management skills with the ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams. Proficiency in written and verbal communication; effective approach in team settings. Results-oriented demeanor with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes.
- Authorization: Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.
