EHS Manager

As an EHS Manager, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing environmental, health, and safety policies and procedures that align with our company's values and goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain site ISO14001 and ISO45001 certifications
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including Mexican regulations
- Develop and oversee company programs for employees, including compliance training, inspections, hazardous material handling, emergency response, industrial hygiene, waste disposal and monitoring, life safety, risk assessment, and ergonomic evaluations
- Create a strong EHS culture throughout the site organization
Requirements:
- BS in Engineering
- Minimum of 5 years of EHS experience in a similar position
- Demonstrated success in leading, planning, development, and implementation of EHS management systems and compliance programs
- Experience with NOMs, ISO14001, and Mexico Environmental regulations
- Ability to interact effectively with all levels in an organization
- Fluent English/Spanish

- ISO14001 EMS Certification
- ISO45001 OHSMS Certification
- Ergonomics education
