About the Role
The **Senior Contract Purchasing Representative** is a critical role responsible for the contract purchase process, ensuring compliance with response time and quality of review, credit policies, and procedures. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and participate in process improvement projects to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Provide guidance and support to junior representatives.
- Confirm plans, rates, and amounts to be financed.
- Detect, report, and follow up on inconsistencies in information and documentation.
- Review customer information and validate documentation and data captured in the system.
- Process routine activities with efficiency and quality.
- Lead and participate in system updates and implementations.
- Create and update reports to explain data.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, accounting, or a related field.
- Advanced English skills.
- + 2 years of experience in credit origination, back office, credit analysis, and/or other administrative roles, preferably in the financial sector.
- Advanced level of MS Office/Power BI.
- Proficient teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Experience in reviewing and capturing information.
- High concentration capacity in repetitive activities and detail orientation.
- High level of responsibility and analytics skills.
- Project management experience desirable.
- Excellent service attitude and proactivity.
