Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Security Supervisor to oversee surveillance activities, ensure compliance with legal security requirements, and implement fire prevention and theft prevention measures.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, supervising, and coordinating the installation of site security surveillance systems, including CCTV, access controls, intrusion alarms, fire detection, and evacuation alarms.

Additionally, the Security Supervisor will be responsible for maintaining control of the lock & key system, providing timely risk assessments, security incident reports, security briefings, and alerts, and implementing, coordinating, and executing Global Security programs.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position and a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, supervise, and coordinate the installation of site security surveillance systems
  • Maintain control of the lock & key system
  • Provide timely risk assessments, security incident reports, security briefings, and alerts
  • Implement, coordinate, and execute Global Security programs
  • Conduct investigations as required
  • Participate in security/risk mitigation analysis and provide recommendations
  • Implement, coordinate, and maintain loss prevention programs for high-security areas
  • Coordinate the security guarding service in partnership with Global Security
  • Coordinate security for special events and provide support during corporate staff visits
  • Establish adequate communication channels with law enforcement and crime prevention authorities
  • Ensure compliance with applicable local code requirements with support from related areas

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
  • English language proficiency (50%)
  • Use of Microsoft Office
  • Experience in solving investigations
  • CTPAT & OEA
  • Fire Protection & Life Safety
