The Corporate Learning and Development Specialist plays a vital role in designing, implementing, and overseeing training programs for employees at all levels within the organization. This position requires a strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and the ability to assess training needs.
Key Responsibilities- Curriculum Design: Develop comprehensive training curricula that address identified knowledge and skills gaps, align with organizational objectives, and meet the needs of diverse learner populations.
- Training Delivery: Collaborate with department heads and HR to determine training priorities and goals, and coordinate with subject matter experts to deliver high-quality training sessions.
- Evaluation and Improvement: Assess the effectiveness of training programs, analyze data to identify trends, and make recommendations for improvement.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
- More than 4 years of experience in designing and providing training programs, instructional design methodologies.
- Advanced level of English (reading, writing, presentation, and negotiation).
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
This is a full-time position with a standard working schedule (diurno) and on-site work arrangement. The selected candidate will have access to modern office facilities and equipment.
