About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Analyst to join our team at Nissan. As a Sales Operations Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting the sales department and field teams by providing data-driven insights and analytical support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Operations Support
    • Collaborate with the National General Manager, National Sales Manager, and Dealer Operations Managers to support the sales operations platforms.
    • Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports tracking national traffic, writes, and closing rates.
    • Manage the vehicle allocation process, including production and inventory information, and make proposals for allocations by region and retailer.
    • Work collaboratively with the Vehicle Planning team to transmit final allocations by model and retailer.
  • Reporting and Financial Processes
    • Prepare month-end reports for ICAN Executives, including sales attainment by retailer, model, and month.
    • Maintain the 5-Star tracker and distribute it to Dealer Operations Managers and Field Operations Managers.
    • Manage the roll-up of exceptions for the 5-Star program and track quarterly and annual performance.
    • Plan and track the Quarterly IBP Sales program and 5-Star component.
    • Maintain the Order of Distinction (OOD) Tracker and distribute it to ICAN Executives and Dealer Operations Managers.
  • Field Team Support
    • Support the network and field team operations by preparing and releasing weekly and monthly communications, KPIs, and business review meetings.
    • Coordinate sales events, including the National Sales Incentive Trip and National CEM Seminars.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of work experience in marketing or data analyst roles.
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Tableau and Zycus skills are an asset.
Competencies
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data management tools.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to collaborate across functions and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and tasks while under constant pressure.
