Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Banquet Server to join our team at The Ritz-Carlton Mexico City. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and present food and beverage carts, stations, and buffets according to Banquet Event Orders.
  • Communicate with the kitchen to ensure timely and accurate delivery of meals.
  • Clear tables and maintain a clean and organized dining area.
  • Respond to special requests and ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of assigned stations and service areas.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Less than 1 year of related work experience preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
