Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Banquet Server to join our team at Marriott International, Inc. As a Banquet Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests by ensuring that their dining experience is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Ensure that all tables are properly set and cleared, and that the dining area is clean and well-maintained.
  • Communicate with the kitchen and other staff members to ensure that all orders are fulfilled and that guests' needs are met.
  • Monitor and maintain the quality of food and beverages, and report any issues to the management.
  • Provide excellent customer service by being attentive, friendly, and responsive to guests' needs.
  • Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure that all guests receive exceptional service.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a food and beverage role preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects.
