About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager to lead our Vendor Management team in Mexico. As a key member of our Books category team, you will be responsible for driving the performance of our strategic vendor partners and expanding our product selection.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a high-performing team of Vendor Managers to achieve top and bottom-line metrics for the Books category.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive growth, improve inventory management, and enhance customer experience.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key vendors, negotiating terms and conditions to ensure mutual benefit.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, merchandising, and operations, to drive business results.
  • Own full P&L responsibility, including planning, forecasting, and driving growth for the Books category.

Requirements
  • 8+ years of account management, project or program management, or buying experience.
  • Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor's degree or certificate of completion of studies required, plus at least 10 years of professional background.
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish.

  • Experience managing and developing a high-performance team.
