About the Role:

TD SYNNEX seeks a highly organized and detail-oriented Vendor Management Support Specialist to perform daily administrative management of assigned vendor lines. This includes material master maintenance, promotion pricing, invoicing, return, and purchase order responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensures accuracy and timeliness of all vendor partner orders.
  • Understands returns process and guidelines and monitors returns status.
  • Monitors returns status daily.
  • Manages all promotions ensuring budget availability and correct authorizations.
  • Monitors expiration dates.
  • Timely set-up and accuracy of new part numbers.
  • Provides responsive, courteous support to sales, vendor partners, and other internal departments.
  • Works collaboratively with purchasing to monitor purchase/pricing strategies for products.
  • Manages SKU setup & price change process.
  • Daily/Weekly/Monthly Reporting as needed.
  • Assists with vendor portal updates.
  • Assists with implementing sales incentives & engagements.

Requirements:


• High school graduate required.

• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Working Conditions:

• Classroom environment.

• Occasional non-standard work hours or overtime as business requires.

• Able to execute instructions and to request clarification when needed.
